“This recommendation is overdue especially for such a great professional to work with. Casey was the director of catering and events at the Hi-Lo Hotel in Portland, Oregon when I had the opportunity to work with him. He had the ability to create a confidence for a successful event through out the planning process because of his extensive experience. He was fair and generous while also pragmatic and reliable for the logistical needs to pull off the first time ever wedding at Hi-Lo and a unique one at that with a Llama led second line parade as a finale. I was so worried at one point, as some outside vendors I was working with turned mediocre in their final deliveries, but not Casey and staff. Guests during the wedding kept coming up to me to tell me how impressed they were with their treatment from hotel staff during their stay. Casey goes above and beyond and has a calming, secure, thoughtful personal approach! I couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism.”
